I am 13 years old, and around four months ago a hurt my knee really badly. I am not going into the details, but they said I had to be out for a long time unless I wanted arthritis. This is my third week back from not being able to exercise and I am just pretty fat and unhealthy. I am 5 feet 1inch tall, and I weigh around 95ish to 105lbs (it varies every day). I ice skate every day for an hour (thurs and sat 3to4 hours) and I go to the YMCA once a week. I will be starting soccer in a couple of weeks. I have bad eating habits i guess….if I have a bag of goldfish and I am watching tv or reading a book, I will eat the whole entire thing without realizing it. I just need some help with portion control. I love fruit and caesar salad and I don't drink pop, or eat much candy. I do once in a while eat chips or chocolate, and my weakness is gum. All of my family and friends say that I am not fat, but I think they are just lying so I won't become anorexic or something. I do have big muscle thighs and calfs, but I just feel that I have a lot of fat on my stomach. I really wan't flat abs, but I can never seem to get rid of the fat. I also don't have a skinny face, it isn't chubby or anything but it is really round which makes me feel ever more overweight.Please don't make fun of me, tell me to talk to a doctor or my parents or send a link to some anorexic help site. I would like your opinion. Besides, I would never do that to my body because I have seen my friend go through anorexia and it is terrible. I have not had my 1st period yet if that helps. I have heard that it may change your weight for a little bit. I tell myself every day that I am fat, and ugly, and I always compare myself to my friends wishing I was them. Please be truthful and tell me what you think. Thanks for spending you time reading this. No hates please.

Seriously your fine. Im 5'4 and 120 and im a healthy weight. You at least 15 pounds less. Trust me i think your fine! But you did hurt your knee so just rest and don't worry about it. If it's nothing you then just try to eat a little less but i mean you don't need to lose more then 5 pounds. Ive felt the way you do. Don't worry:)
